After your directory entry has been validated by an administrator, you can edit your own entry.  You may only edit your own personal entry.  This process is quite straightforward:

  • Find your entry in the directory using the "search" feature.

  • From the "Details" page (the page that shows your detailed information), click the link that says "This is my entry - let me log in now to edit it!".

  • You will then see a login page where you must enter your user name and password to log in.  Your initial user name is the e-mail address that you entered when you first submitted your directory entry, but you can change that from the "edit" page.  You selected your password when you submitted your entry to the directory.

  • If you have forgotten your user name or password, you can click the link "E-mail me my username and password" and your user name and password will be mailed to the address in the entry.  [Please note that this particular feature is not yet active as of 1/22/2000].

  • Once you are logged in, make any necessary changes and resubmit the form.  At this time, I am not requiring that revisions to directory entries be re-validated by an administrator.  This means that you should see the changes to your entry right away.  However, if I find that people are abusing this and/or placing offensive or inappropriate material in the directory, I will change this policy.
